====== Madeira Cake ======

The recipe from [[https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/madeiracake_73878|BBC Food]] works well. 

  * Oven was set at 160°C (fan)
  * Baking time was >40 minutes (skewered with a knife until dry)
  * Make sure it's left to cool, until the outside is stone cold (it's still cooking inside!)
