List of self-hosted photo libraries to try
As a Google Photos self-hosted alternative
- Immich - Started recently due to Google Photos changes, lots of praise and fast development but consider chances of becoming abandonware if dev loses interest?
- Lychee - Doesn't look like it does what I want, UI is barebones
- LibrePhotos - Another recently started project, also with fast development. UI is unpolished.
- PhotoPrism - AI classification. Has been going for a while, seems pretty active.
- PhotoStructure - Think this is pretty recent but the dev's goal was that it does not touch your existing file structure (which is a big plus)
